“We had a complete RV holding tank electric waste gate valves, 3 inch drain pipe from the holding tanks, the storage box and much more installed on our DRV Mobile Suites Houston. I Love my Drain Master system and am so glad we put our faith in the company and its three amazing employees! The system is so simple and works amazing and the gray tank drains so fast going from a 2 inch pipe to a 3 inch pipe. While we were there we purchased a supplemental part to screw into the standard RV sewer system to go along with our complete Drain Master System and extra hose. Once we got back to the RV park to dump for the first time I realized that the extra part we purchased did not fit correctly. I contacted Cheryl at Drain Master and without hesitation she said she would mail one out to us at no cost. She later said that she insured the fit was snug before she shipped it out. This was all within 24 hours of reporting the issue to her. This is just one example of why Drain Master is the only one to go to for sewer solutions in RV’s!! The customer service is amazing!!”
