Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the drainmaster.com website operated by Drain Master (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our website and services, including purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase products from us.

1. Eligibility

By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

2. Purchasing & Orders

  • Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation, but acceptance occurs only when your order is shipped.

  • Pricing: Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

  • Payment Authorization: When you pay by credit card or PayPal, an authorization hold is placed on your account at the time of order submission, similar to a hotel reservation. Your card is not charged at order submission. The final charge is processed on the day your order ships. If an item is backordered, you will not be charged until it is shipped.

  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if items are unavailable.

3. Billing, Chargebacks & Disputes

  • All purchases will appear on your billing statement as “Drain Master RV.” By purchasing, you agree to recognize this descriptor and contact us directly with any billing questions before initiating a chargeback.

  • If you believe a charge is in error, you must notify us within 15 days of the transaction date so we can investigate.

  • Unwarranted chargebacks (including claims of “unauthorized transaction” when proof of authorization exists, or “merchandise not received” when shipment tracking confirms delivery) may result in:

    • Suspension of your account or denial of future purchases, and

    • Recovery of chargeback fees, shipping costs, and related expenses, to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

  • Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act or other applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is correct.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees; delays outside of our control may occur.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, resalable items in original packaging, unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Clearance, custom, or special-order items may be non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved.

6. Product Descriptions & Warranty

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies.

  • Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Please review product-specific warranty information.

  • Except as expressly provided, we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
